Von Braun and Tesla most likely had a lot to do with the metallic saucers, but the strange lights which later fascinatingly become known as abductions, were of the highly sensitive information of EBE's, two years later there was a live one. It's a large puzzle but I think that answer exists in legitimate testimony though heard to believe.
