avatar how do i

hello i read the faqs and sticky threads but nothing tells me how to add avatars
when i log onto media it doesnt let me go on there

can somebody help me please

Re-size your image first,
then go to tools,
scroll down to the middle of the page AVATAR
and put the image link there.
