A Chinese soldier almost blew himself after a hand grenade he threw bounces of a wall and lands just feet away from him. Luckily for him, his quick thinking captain drags him to safety with just seconds to spare. Watch video here.

That is the reason the conducting officer is there, you expect soldiers to do silly things like that and are prepared for it.

The rookie was a complete fail but I got to admit that training sergeant was awesome, very quick and proffesional

I have seen several videos like this, the people training the new soldiers, in any country, are not given enough importance.
