I Keep having these Tingling sensations like energy or something on my forehead and a bit higher up from the forehead also i can bring them on sometimes by just thinking about it, sometimes it does feel a bit uncomfortable though just wondering what its was.

You could be opening up your chakras, especially if you can do it while thinking about it.....read

Also I have only tried meditation once but didn't stick it so is it still possible for this to happen without meditation even though its actually happening ?

Sounds like a sinus infection.

I know my sinus cavities are tingling right now, the precursor to the onset of serious sinus discomfort.

Well this information helps to narrow things down quite a bit. Considering that , it would certainly appear that you have a sinus issue.... perhaps an infection.

Go see a doctor and check it out. This is nothing to ignore. After all, it's better to be safe than sorry.

The tingling reminds me that it could possibly be a pinched nerve.

The reason I feel that way is because after my last surgery on my arm I started having a tingling in the left side of my chin.

I was concerned because when my Mother died I watched her chin turn blue preceeding her death.
She had blood clots in her lung from an injury.

If it continues it may be a good idea to have a medical doctor check it out.

Any chance they fell like "zaps" but not painful? Low levels of seratonin bring that on, mine have stoppes now that I am on an SSRI.

zaps ? I have those and it feels like a bugzapper in my brain occasionally. This happens due to seratonin levels ? I am not on any meds at all, maybe I should be

Yes...low seratonin does that, i suffered with it since I was child. I thought I was crazy. I started suffering severe depression and after taking the meds, no more zaps. I have done research on it and that is one of the symptoms of low seratonin. If i forget to take my meds...wow...zap party going on in my head!!

this has to do with a raised kundalini.. which is opening your churches... in the east they're called chakras.

what they are are nerve ganglia surrounding your seven major endocrine glands.

there is much esoteric information behind this experience...

check out this video..

i'd also recommend reading anything by the author Mantak Chia.. you can download his pdfs on the internets.

ALSO check out this website www.biologyofkundalini.com it's great!

if you want to know what the "purpose" of this all is.. well it's kind of hard to swallow (according to common modern thought) ... but it's the body signaling that it's going through a hormonal metamorphosis similar to puberty or menopause.. but with the capability to change into something more human than human with supernatural abilities.. ie .. telekenesis, telepathy, etc..

It's not sinus.. not on the forehead.

I have always been getting something similar. Over the years I learned that it was one of two things, either I was about to be 'shown' something, or something wanted contact with me. The intensity of the feeling tells me how important it is to quiet my mind, close my eyes and prepare to see whatever it is.

If you try the same, once your eyes are closed, and you aren't thinking a lot, simply focus on that feeling and wait to see what comes to you.

Last words from me.. aren't you lucky

Depending on your age, you may want to check it out with a doctor. Do you have numbness? Not trying to scare you, but sometimes tingling and numbness (especially on one side) can be a warning sign of stroke. If it continues, get it checked.

MSG will cause tingling sensations in the head. Aspartame might do it too.
Might feel like someone poured hot sause on your brain.
Ears can hurt too, and feel plugged.

Interesting. I've been experiencing something very similar for several weeks now. It doesn't last very long at a time--maybe about three to five seconds of an intense enough feeling that I can be sure it's something unusual. It's happened two or three times over the last several weeks. It feels, for lack of a better description, that the temperature of my frontal lobes rises very rapidly. If it happened more often or for longer durations, I'd definitely be going to get checked out.
