Well, all else aside, the first thing that comes to mind for me is that if you use electronic money, they can put everything you buy in a database right there by your name and everything else about you.

Like most people, I don't have anything to hide but it's just plain creepy.

I can't get get a credit card because I owe them money.
does this make me a terrorist?

All they are doing is putting the frighteners on the population by criminalizing the use of cash.

Its just a means of shooing the sheep down the race (narrow walkway) into the truck and off to the slaughter house. The masses will duly do as they are told.
