A Charlie Brown Christmas - The meaning of Christmas

I remember when this first came out. I wonder how many people remember watching this? This was the first animated program based on the Charles Schultz characters in the Charlie Brown comic strip.

I remember thinking at the time that Christmas was becoming too commercial. This was when I was young and naive enough to think that once attention is placed on a "problem" that problem would go away. I remember thinking after Linus points out the true meaning of Christmas, people will no longer be able to commercialize Christmas. Ho ho ho. lol
