The plane has 6 747 engines and a takeoff weight of over 1 million pounds...amazing...

When I read this yesterday, the only thing that came to my mind is "yawn". This is simply what the Air Force was doing in 1947 when chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier in the X-1. Drop the X-1 from a bomber, and light the rocket. I was hoping for something INNOVATIVE, not something that's over 60 years old.
