Its Old with Newer Avionics installed ...
I think that's a Prop barley visible in the foto

To the best of my knowledge this is a military trainer made by Utva called a Lasta. It's a single-prop, modern aircraft with, as you can see, modern avionics.

Not upgraded - it is pretty much hosw they make all aircraft now. I have a colleague who has built himself a Sonnex single seater and it has this stuff in it too - as a homebuilt!
