The scent of flowers

My husband and I, both have caught the smell of a fairly strong floral perfume scent on at least three occasions since his Mother passed. The scent was quite out of place in my house, l generally avoid scented candles et al,and wear no perfume myself......allergies.

The smell lasts for afew seconds, then it's gone.
