Key Penn State Witness Questioned-Story of Rape changes AGAIN!-Proof MSM run amok!

Okay. Lets just start off saying that I don't doubt Jerry Sandusky committed some odd/weird/sick/illegal things and he deserves what is coming his way. But, as an investigator, I have to tell you that this story of Sandusky being observed-raping a 10 yr old boy in the Penn State Football locker room shower (by Mike McQueary)-just didn't pass the "smell test" when I first hear it. (the actually Grand Jury Report-too graphic to put on here: www.attorneygeneral.gov... (page 7 for what I am referring)

From that testimony (Mike McQueary';s), two people were arrested and charged with felony crims of lying to a Grand Jury and Failure to Report a Child Sex Crime. Then the University President and Legendary Coach Paterno got fired by the PSU-mostly due to the former QB-now Grad Assistant. AS it had been determined his testimony of the eveny was more creditable that the two that got arrested (the School officials him reported the events to).

So, crap hits the Fan and we all know where that went. The MSM jumped on the back and it whet from Sandusky former Coach scandal to the PSU scandal to the Joe Paterno Coverup Scandal.... What happens then?

The Witness to the alleged rape (McQuery) then started feeling some heat from people not happy about HIM not stopping the Alleged Rape-as he was RIGHT THERE!- So, what does he do.... he sends an email to a good friend who-in turn takes it to the local newspaper). In that email McQuery says he did stop the alleged act and went to the Police to report it. The Police indicate they never spoke with him. What does the MSM do---nothing... keep feeding off the blood already out there, talk it up more-ingonore the finer details as we got the PSU and Paterno people down..... Okay, fair----as it seemed such a terrible thing was allowed to occur.

The MSM feeding frenzy builds even more as Sandusky speaks to the Media.... Dumb!! He's all but hung already!!! No hope, right? Well then this came out yesterday. Seems like there is another witness. This time a witness that was at the house of McQuery' father-the one McQueary went to after the incident. It was his Fathers best friend... a doctor. It was reported he told his father what he allegedly witnessed, with that-the Father told him to report it to Coach Paterno....No Mention of anyone else. Well, the AG appears to have only let out the juicy stuff that presented their case to the media and not all the facts.

Testimony of Key Penn State Witness Reportedly Questioned

The details of what Mike McQueary, then a graduate assistant for Penn State's powerhouse football team, did or didn't witness in a shower where former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky allegedly was sexually assaulting a 10-year-old will be parsed Tueday during a scheduled preliminary hearing on the merits of the evidence in the case.

An article in today's Patriot-News of Harrisburg, Pa., said a source knowledgeable of grand jury testimony in the case, questions whether McQueary just heard what sounded like sexual activity or, as he has said repeatedly, actually saw a child being sodomized. The 52 counts of sex crimes against boys with which Sandusky has been charged, have hinged partly on that latter, stated recollection from McQueary. McQueary has said he saw Sandusky sodomizing a boy who was standing with his hands against a shower wall in 2002, and that the pair turned and looked at him before he left the building.

But Dr. Jonathan Dranov, a State College, Pa., a friend and physician colleague of McQueary's father, Dr. John McQueary remembers it differently. Dranov told the grand jury that he also sat and listened as Mike McQueary gave his father that day-after eyewitness account. According to the Patriot-News source in question, Dranov testified that McQueary said he heard "sex sounds" and the shower running, and a young boy stuck his head around the corner of the shower stall, peering at him as an adult arm reached around his waist and pulled him back out of view.

Seconds later, McQueary said, Sandusky left the shower in a towel, Dranov testified, according to the newspaper's source. Dranov said he asked McQueary three times whether he saw anything sexual, and each time McQueary said no, according to the knowledgeable source. Given that response, Dranov advised McQueary to inform head football coach Joe Paterno, rather than police, about what he witnessed.

Now, looking objectively and honestly at this story Part... what would you conclude? For me.... McQuery is Lying. To support this.

1: McQuery continued to support and participate in events with Jerry Sandusky and the 2nd Mile Foundation (where it is alleged Sandusky picked his kids/victims from).

2: McQuesry did offer his testimony to the PA AG Office investigators. They tracked him down as they were monitioring a website that had forums on it and as word as the investigation got out... someone posted something to the effect- "The cops should talk with Mike McQueary-he knows stuff". So, the investigators bring him in and this is what they got.

Sounds to me like McQuery paniced and embellished on his story to the cops. Paterno and others get fired and he panics again by trying to cover himself saying he did stop the act and go to police. NoT

I don't know. What do you think? I say he saw a boy in the shower area-from his locker area or the locker room area. He then say Sandusky coming out minutes later drying off etc... not mention of the kid?

Just sounds like a Defense Attorney's Dream.... Once they rip McQueary apart... they will go after the alleged victims. Gonna be an ugly mess but don't worry.

One thing for sure is you won't get the whole truth from the media... especially in it's current feeding frenzy.

is important to at least two peoples freedom-if not four peoples.

Why in the mainstream media they view this as an important news story? find it as a non news story.

That's the MSM for you. First the firing squad and then the trial. I'm beginning to think that Sandusky is going to walk. We are never going to find out what happened. I'm going to rank this one right up there with OJ and Casey Anthony.

There are too many witnesses and Sandusky didn't help himself at all. His lawyer is just as sleazy. And I think the reason this has been so newsworthy is because a) it's children; and b) it has a lot of similarities to the Catholic Church abuse. Too many. Just a few days ago locally, a priest was arrested for looking at child porn on the computer in the rectory.

Problem is that the stories are constantly changing and there is no evidence. It is starting to look like a money grab. Once the trials are out of the way, Penn State is going to be throwing money around to make this go away.

So many allegations, and the idiotic press conferences and arrogant attorney have all sealed Sandusky's fate.

I was never convinced he was guilty, the McCreary stuff never made any sense to me. No way a grown man lets Sandusky walk out of that room, I just can't imagine it happening that way. Sandusky admitted to horseplay, towel slapping, etc. There sounds like a very good chance of McCreary misinterpreting some sounds and not investigating them himself, and then exaggerating the story, and then getting caught and riding his lie to the bitter end.

But, so many accusations are hard to ignore.

The attorney as only barely tried to claim his client is innocent. In fact, I don't think he has ever used those words, he just says they have their own version of the stories and the truth will come out, etc. Lawyer speak. I think Sandusky's attorney has totally mishandled the whole thing unless there is some secret bombshell he plans to drop at trial. He even waived the preliminary hearing where he could have eliminated many of the charges.

I have a hard time believing McCreary, I have a hard time thinking Sandusky is an angel, and I have a hard time believing all of this got this far out of hand for over 10 years with all these people involved.

The whole thing stinks. I don't know what to think anymore.
