I sure as heck am! Of course, thats probably because I live in Denver and a lifelong bronco fan. But this guy really is something special. Now , I know alot think its his faith in jesus. Even though I am not a believer in god(I do believe jesus was real, just not the son of god) I have come to find that maybe, just maybe, jesus is YOU. A persons faith in jesus, is really just a faith in themselves. Doesnt the bible say something like god is in the heart of every man or something to that effect? Anyhow, I think of all the mysteries we read about and like here on ATS, I believe that the TIM TEBOW mystery may be getting overlooked. Do any of you ATSers have any clue what the heck is going on here? I have been a lifelong fan and have NEVER seen anything like this. (And I grew up with Elway as our QB) Does this mans faith in himself supecede every other mans on the field? He makes EVERY one around him better. Any thoughts
www.theblaze.com...

There is no antidote, no potion for Tebow Magic. The Broncos’ defense will force a fumble. The kicker will be true from beyond 50 yards. Receivers who were struggling all game with the drops will suddenly make superb catches.”t

His praying must be winning the games. Because that many wins by a QB with 50% completions is a miracle.

Whatever, God's a betting man. And when playoffs come around, no more help from God for the Broncos. No one has ever won the Superbowl by praying. You need skill to win it, because that's how God rolls.

P.S. I've always hated the Broncos, and I will continue to do so. Even if their QB can speak directly to God.

I have decided he is the anti christ and probably in the nostradamus quatraines.

He is gathering believers and took many blows to the head and then got up again.

Pack fan since I was 4, despite being from Illinois. Ugh, it can be rough sometimes, but at the end of the day, the Packers are always better than the bears

Go Pack Go!

Speaking of being a "betting man", i'd wager that God and/or Jesus do NOT care for, or get involved in earthly sports AT ALL, beyond preventing major injuries maybe.
Infact I'm pretty sure that those who occupied themselves with sports too much will be chastised for it come judgement time.

It's that or God truly does hate my Oilers

hehe, why not? I see no where in the Bible where it says, "Thou shalt not throw a pigskin, while 300 pound madmen try to tackle and shove your face in the dirt."

Infact I'm pretty sure that those who occupied themselves with sports too much will be chastised for it come judgement time.

You got a point there. Some fans take it way too far.

yep yep

Die Hard Bronco fan, I bleed orange and blue. Love Tebow (he kinda reminds me of the Disney "Hercules" character), but ya gotta hand it to the whole team. They rally behind him, and lean on each other and prop each other up. They definitely have heart.
Don't know how many more of these 4th quarter, last minute over-time wins I can handle, though. I still haven't unclenched my butt cheeks from tonight's game!

Also, thank you Marion Barber! Appreciate your help....

Star for you!!!! Yes I agree the whole team rallies, but they did not behind orton. Tebow makes them believe that they can do it. And yes, thank you marion
Out of bounds, really?

It's football. Mind control for the masses. It's truly pathetic that someone who claims
to be Christian prays to win football games.

What an ignorant statement.
How in the H E double hockey sticks do you know what Tebow is saying to God when he prays?

I will bet any amount of money that he is not asking God to allow him to WIN a football game.

You're right about that. The super bowl is in Indy this year. It just so happens they have no chance to go. Cities hosting the super bowl do not want the home team going because of the loss of revenue.

Life long Saints fan here, but can't help but cheer for Tebow.

Well, Mr. Orton's kind of a wet noodle... probably woulda cried and peed his pants if the Bears defense went after him like they did Tebow in the first half.
REALLY looking forward to the New Year's game...at home... against the Chiefs. Orton better play.
Yeahhhhhh buddy!

I know you are spot on! And I felt the same way about the situation when it went down, we needed the change at QB. I DID NOT EXPECT THIS
But even the stone handed damarryus thomas comes up huge the last two weeks. When he dropped that sure touchdown tim told him he would catch the game winner. He didnt but played a huge role. He just makes everybody better.

People have ALWAYS played games and watched them. The big examples are the circus maximus and colliseum, the Olympics, et cetera. I assume they played games before recorded history as well.

The commercials, sure. The halftime shows, sure. The games themselves, not a chance. It's human nature.
