And yes he has had that long in congress............now find the list of bills hes voted for and against........you cant make a difference in washington without BEING in washington........

Once again.........look at his voting history

I understand you probably dont want to do this because it might make your snarky post look foolish

For the past few weeks Ron Paul has grown in popularity and I have heard and learned much more about him than I thought I ever would. I see the strategy he is using as being someone who is different and links their policies to basic fundamentals that Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and the founders would admire. There's a certain mystique about Ron Paul that I like. Even though he holds some policies that I dont agree with, deep down the fundamental truth that he pushes to limit the federal government is the most crucial of issues. His position on this is more important to me than his other smaller policies I might disagree upon. I will never fully 100% agree with any presidential candidate but Ron Paul's dedication and perseverance impresses me more everyday. Will he be elected as the Republican presidential candidate....thats for history to determine.

I can see the plausible argument for Dr. Paul to be considered an isolationist, but "socialist"? Seriously?

Excellent I loved it. This is going to be one of the most amazing elections in US history and may just start the next civil war.

If a civil war does occur it should be The States vs Washsington D.C. They are like their own little terrorist country and not even the same kind of people like us here on mainstreet.

...list of corporate donors snipped...

This is who owns your Messiah lock, stock and barrel, DEFENSE CONTRACTORS, TELECOM, BANKS!

What would your proposed list of "good" corporate donors look like? Or do you favor publicly-funded campaigns? Sadly that is not the current system.

I'll be 32 in January and have been involved with Govt in some facet or another on things that you will never know of off and on since 1998! I am a vet by most standards to your rookie. So sorry. I've actually debated Govt with those in power, have challenged those and is you who needs to retake a civics course.

I've met those in power that just about anyone would kill to meet. Do not sit there and school me. My stance on Paul is predicated solely and purely upon the like 30 or so plus hours of chats I've had with Dr. Paul himself. I've met more pols and celebs in my short life that you will ever meet in yours combined. This is where and how I base my stances off of. Not some phony and poorly written and authoured talking point that some moron talking head is touting.

The fact that you presume to know what I am aware of and what im not is indicative of your delusional supriority.

Also the fact that you say you are involved in government but seem to be absolutely ignorant to the way things are run, confounds me......

You say youve challenged those in gov , and again presume to know what I have and havent done......

Yet you condemn ron paul when he is one of the few who STILL challenges the government and that status quo and ........once again i seem to be repeating myself here........IS PROVEN BY HIS VOTING RECORD....

Voting records arent talking points, they are direct proof of a person ideology and history.......

Take a step back JR..........Because espousing all this drivel you just threw out doesnt jive with your obvious ignorance of the process

I love the fact that you tried to attack me personally and boost your own ego, instead of addressing the facts

OK some anonymous guy on the internet claiming to have met Paul asserts he is just a puppet and everything else that I might know about him is garbage ... you know his voting record and countless interviews I've heard him in ... all mean nothing ... because the "Illumined One" says so ....

Please, oh please "Illumined One" tell us who we should vote for.

Let me stop you right there and yell at you for a bit, sorry for yelling but you are dead up and flat out wrong. If we start firebombing the White House and The Congress do you or anyone else realize that will guarandamntee martial law in America permanently ending our Constitution forever. This will do irreparable harm that will make it that much easier for the SCUM to waltz right on in on a white horse promising this and that. Then we'd never win. You attack a Govt institution and make no mistake the big toys come out to play and once they do there ain't nothing in the civilian or militia arsenal that can stop it.

Make The SCUM sweat and launch a move early so that we all can get them that way. Look at how the OWS movement is being operated, let them throw everything at us including the kitchen sink and look the other way each and everytime. Make them ask themselves "How do we break these people?" and let's drive them insane making them wrack their skulls and pull their hair out and go grey while they lose it.

I loved the ad. That's what people need to see. But not just people online. The public has to see him. And that's happening, which is great!

If I thought Paul could and would bring the change he has been consistently preaching about over the many years he's been in Congress, I would definitely back him. I probably will, in fact. It would be good to back someone who was more than the lesser of two evils.

Not sure how to do this without incurring the wrath of moderators, but here goes.

This is a website called badlipreading.tumdir.com ( badlipreading.tumblr.com... )

The first entry at the top is a bad lip reading of Ron Paul video bits. Not meant to be offensive, but it kind of puts politicians in a funny light.

From that one, if you look to the right side, you'll see bad lip readings of everyone. The One for Mrs. Bachman is particularly funny. LOL!

Free, Mega and Mask,

I've defeated and outmaneuvered each and every one of y'all on a multitude of topics. Remember the Birther or TP threads and how I shot down each and everyone of y'all and practically did it single handed?

I've already proven myself to you three, ATS and a few members of the staff here have been at the other end of my negotiation table.

I know exactly what I speak of and am here to enlighten and as evidenced by the lowball attack y'all three have lobbed means I've already defeated you because of your deployment of tactics such as this.

Pics, most times I got patted down to the point whereas it makes the TSA ordeal seem tame. None were allowed to be taken and did everything at arms length.

It's like every last mindless lemming is waiting around in a single file line waiting for what the next idea will be instead of being the American that I know each and every one of y'all are and that is "What do you want to see for this nation?" and not "What does Dr. Paul want for America?" and for the sake of everything holy end this idol worship and it's borderline disturbing and indicative of an undiagnosed mental disorder.

It doesn't get more spot-on than this. You hit the nail on the head. Ron Paul is more pro-Israel than the "pro-Israelis".

I sit here and wonder how anyone could say anything bad about Ron Paul. What has he ever voted for or against that was unconstitutional? His track-record is the best in politics, probably EVER. Shouldn't THAT be the standard we hold our politicians to? Can you show me any other person who has paraded the same ideas in Congress for 30 years without faltering, despite being alone much of the time?

No, because there isn't anyone else that even comes close to that. Anyone who thinks that he doesn't have our best interests at heart is completely brainwashed. What has he ever done that would make you think otherwise? So you think he has been waiting and scheming for 30 years just to screw over the people at the last minute? Get real.

You trolls need to go, because you aren't convincing anyone, and the fact that instead of trying to support another candidate as being better than Paul, you simply attack him, which shows your true intentions. Those of you who do this need to get a life and get off of our forums, because you are polluting them with your narrow-mindedness.

His 33 yr record of non service in The Congress means he is a shill. Puppet! How many non defense and non energy jobs has Texas lost? That was Mr. Paul making backroom deals.

He voted for PATRIOT in 01!

Heres an idea, how bout we stay on THIS one!

Ahh........soo.........again wheres your argument against Paul?

(crickets)

......Yep;.............thought so..........

See If you had a general dislike of him for his policies I could understand that.........

but the fact that you ahve no reason other then saying hes a shill and expecting everyone to buy that DESPITE his obvious history, just because YOU say so..........

Is laughable.........

Consider yourself defeated by none other than ..............yourself!

If you cannot address this, then its just proof that youre trolling..........
