Man eats stray animals in order to survive

Thare aren't so many highways or high speed roads in moldavia and romania. And as i mentioned in the OP its near a village which has a dirt road so its impossible to get a roadkill there (try killing a dog at 10-15mph max).

I get a bad feeling from looking into the mans eyes and suspect he cares little if they are pets or strays. I think he is probably a cruel monster and could find other sources of food in the wild rather than taking peoples pets.

I would expect to see this as a growing trend after the economic collapse.

Yea just the food chain in action. Stray cat eats rat, dog eats cat, man eats dog.
