You bring up a good question.

I am not a lawyer. My guess would be that she will not be charged. In a trial, the prosecution would need to prove that she actually heard the boy screaming. That would be difficult. She just has to deny hearing any screams, and without a witness willing to testify that they were there with her at the time and heard screams, how could they prove that she did?

Who knows if she heard the screams? If she did, she is just as evil as him.

Well, he is sitting in jail right now with number 9 and 10. Heard it on my local radio. How high will this go? Disgusting.

Sandusky was handcuffed and taken out of his home by state police and brought to an arraignment before a judge in Centre County, Pa., for the new charges, which include assaulting two boys involved in his Second Mile charity.

You're probably right, but that just makes me want to smack her even more.

He hasn't posted bail yet. If he does, he'll be under electronic house arrest until his trial.
