Question for my (American) ATS family: Now that you're "awake",... How do you sleep?

I was taught by my teacher whom was my uncle... To plant the seed.. Like the guy in one of these posts said give just a tiny bit of info at a time. I was also taught that when the student is ready the teacher will appear... Also when your trying to tell someone without them asking you won't be able to articulate the information correctly at least this was my case. Also when you plant the seed sometimes that seed sprouts and that person will come back to you.. I sleep great at night because I have already gone through the paranoia, the fear, the anger... I am now in a state of spiritual understanding. Start getting in touch with you spiritual side... Then you will sleep while still being awake.

What does a wet suit do? Retain body heat.
Makes you MORE intense.
Your best bet is thermal emergency blankets. The kind that reflect heat AWAY from you.
The silvery metallic kind.

You will be very visible to eyes.

Sorry OP for off topic response to Iam. Wanted to show how thermal images can be blinded by proper attire. These police are guarding a nuclear train in Germany. Their midriffs are nearly invisible to the imager because of the bullet proof vests they are wearing. These block heat emissions coming from the body. Same with wet suit. Blocks emissions coming from the body. Your thermal blankets work too, but like you say they shine in visible spectrum and render you immobile while drone is overhead.

This could be a thread all on it's own.

There is a new system being applied to drones called "Gorgon Stare".

It is quite revolutionary.

I think I can understand what you mean. I see the Matrix or prison or even school aswell. Thing is I have learned not to talk/share too much about things I am more aware of to those close to me too much. I do Love them all but it seems the topics and data is too much for their minds to deal with. Not that they cannot fully comprehend but they prefer not hearing about certain things. It seems due to fear and the ignorance taught to us all as youth.

When I even begin to mention another species other then aboveground man like reptilians they really close their minds and say snakes are evol. Then I try to explain somewhat that the evol lable was given from the who called the, the snakes brother which takes them into Annunaki discussion. That discussion the ANNUNAKI seems to spawn too much fear as I present data showing information from the ancient Sumer text and how it got into modern religions as well as non Earth beings*. This makes most close their minds more so I just let them feel comfortable with what they know and consider that some cannot take being more aware so I shouldnt force it on them. And hope that the data I have learned as Earth fragmented as it is can somehow help them in the long run. I do tell them all that I feel bad they will need visual proof because I know visual proof can be just good science or majikz minipulating their mindstates and know how easy it can force them just from seeing. So I just carry the LIGHT and shine it when and where I can w/o distrubing their conscious comfort zones. Its not easy but 1 manages.
