Not in public, but behind the scenes I think these guys are all on the same team. I've read thousands of pages of stuff, and some might be fake, some might not. It is so intertwined it is so easy to get lost trying to work it out. Here are a few links to show what I am talking about. Will try to post more when I have the time China training with NATO, Russia allowing NATO to use Russian territory for supply lines, Nato countries with forces in Afghanistan might have an interest in using Iran as a supply route. This is all a big show.
