Gotta admit it does look "interesting" but it seems to be 3 or more lights (another logging truck perhaps?) filmed behind something like smoke to give
it the constant wavy or rolling effect and then filmed through a bunch of trees. It moves from left to right at a constant speed and seems to deviate
little in altitude. The further away the more the "lights" are visible but the closer (?) it gets the more wavy or rolling they appear. No sound
doesn't help. 1st time I watched it I thought "Wow! That must sound cool..." Yeah. It is at least (a) a nice long clear film without too much shaking
and (b) has a nice feel to it but I would say its a camera trick type thing.
The puddle suggestion is good but after watching again I don't think so. If it was a puddle then surely the trees and branches would be rippling too,
but they don't as far as I can see. As we can't see the ground either, it might just be that logging truck.
Why does the green/purple lens flare type thing going off in the foreground bottom right seem to shake more than the "lights"?
Cool vid though. Better than most
ETA Perhaps there is another positive aspect to this video for the ATS community, reading along with the previous comments. Get ready for it...
"Sound, or it didn't happen!"
Just kidding. Cool post OP

ETA2 Apologies, I feel slow and long-winded tonight and said absolutely nothing that has not already been said but taken way more space to do so.
