how do i go about and erase un-wanted history in windows media player???

the history i mean is when you click "file" its under "work offline"

Go to options (which is under tools), then click the privacy tab in the second row...at the bottom of that window there will be two buttons...click the one that says "clear history"

Do any of you know how to get rid of the stuff that comes up when you search for something in google i mean like the stuff you searched for before clearing history dosent help

I'm guessing you mean like the auto-fill option in the google search bar...if you're using IE 6, follow this...

Tools>>Internet Options>>Content - In this tab you'll see an auto complete button...click on that and clear the boxes that are checked that you don't want...google falls under the "web address" box...

one more question Do any of you guys know how to check your serial number for the operating system you have? like how would I check my serial number for my xp?

i THINK its should be on your xp installation cd...

if not you could problably download one...
