Manuel Noriega set to return home

Panama's former dictator to return after 20 years after a court agreed he could be extradited to serve time for murder and corruption.

Yep, the CIA installed drug and death pushing dictator who disobeyed orders and paid the price: being overthrown by a US invasion. Is now being extradited back to Panama. Where he did do some bad things, but lets face it the US invasion did a lot worse. Fact is it is highly unlikely he 'disobeyed' orders considering the history of the US in foreign affairs, as the following video will show you:
