Here is some info I found on HR 1955...first presented in 2007. I don't know exactly what it would do, but it does refer to "lone wolf"
attacks.....coincidence we have a lone wolf in NY? Just when this bill seems to be resurrected? Any thoughts? I will continue researching. See what
pans out.
