There are no problems when you escape the matrix. The matrix is seen as the divine comedy. If you believe you have escaped why do you think anything needs fixing? Surely if you have escaped you can see there is nothing to fix. Seeing the matrix and escaping is the cure to all your problems.
And there is no freewill for individuals because there is only one.

Let's say that in-between those of you in the Matrix and the outside world of Zion, there is a fence you cannot scale. How will you get out?

The problem isn't after you escape, the problem is escaping. So those on the outside will spend their time cutting holes in that fence so others can escape, that's how you get out of an unscalable fence.

So 'fixing" can be unfixing.

When you escape you will see that there is no one to fix. There is no fence, the fence is the mind, no more than beliefs believed.
Believing that you are trapped is the trap. And believing that you can help 'others' is also the trap. There is no one else in the trap and no one needs fixing. It is the beam in your eye.
