Microsoft software would detect, score and report obnoxious workplace habits

Wow.....so none of you have had abysmal managers this could have weeded out of corprate life without recriminations of age-ism, or racisism or sexism.....sheer genuis as far as I'm concerned.

regardless if this is just in the patent phase, or not...it's still pretty spooky knowing something like this could be right around the corner....anyone that works in any type of office environment will more than likely be subject to this type of thing...if you work in a highly sensitive environment, even more so...i'm just wondering why the ACLU isn't trying to stop this type of invasive madness.
