Perception is dictated by one's limitations whereas one with a lower plane will see mouths moving but will be unable to fully understand what is being said while to one who understands and is illuminated will fully understand all dialouge both spoken and heard!

I had Quantum physics get explained to me and was able to understand it, to someone of a lesser iq it sounds like someone's got a mouthful of food!

I even schooled quite a few people who hold doctorates, masters degrees. even a few esteemed Harvard, Yale and Oxford Grads!

Anyone who uses public lands to shoot knows there are still rules to do it... cant be near any housing or camp sights, has to be 200 yards from any trails and a good backdrop! tell me how that isnt safe!

Oh, but the potential to harm others by dislodging a rock is there.
Same are the potential to harm someone with a stay bullet.
Or if they fall on someone else.

This is claiming to hold a degree in a field that you do not is misrepresentation and is a F Tier felony. I hold none but was always left to my own devices which led me to enhance my brain capacity thus increasing my iq! I was 135 at age 8 and currently am about 175. In one school out of a 150pg workbook I did like 15 pages in one day, class usual was like 2 and in another I aced and breezed through 2 courses in less then 4 months.

I also have a very uncanny ability to connect things and can see angles that most either cannot or do not. Out of every item I see 15 possible outcomes and can narrow it down to 1+ and 1- and using this ability can decipher and decide which is best using a trifecta of real world experience, enhanced intelligence and (to some) a far superior ability to be able to withstand just about everything that's been thrown at me thus far.

There is no swipe as what is being proposed is good, besides, it's wasteful spending to spend that money on new signage? As if!
