I can be completely out of it and be able to school you both and I have done it to you both time and will continue to do.
Stay on topic instead of deflecting and diverting and stay on topic.

I had Quantum physics get explained to me and was able to understand it, to someone of a lesser iq it sounds like someone's got a mouthful of food!

You can still hunt if you have a hunting licence, and fire a gun on your own property...but it should be blatantly obvious to anyone with a brain that allowing people fire their guns on public grounds is ridiculously stupid because it's PUBLIC land. If someone's shooting on that land, it isn't public any longer because it's kinda not safe for the PUBLIC to go there.
This law makes perfect sense, and is one of the few things Obama does right.
Don't need a hunting license for some hunting.
And no, PUBLIC means use for all, not excluding some.
Just because you don't want to be near firearms, does not mean you are thus excluded for the area. That is your choice.
No more stupid then allowing people to make their own decision to go rock climbing without any training, or hiking without the proper gear or so on.

120 mile in straight distance with a bullet flying at nearly 2,000 miles an hour will be from end to end in minutes. But there is at least some sort of signage saying where's safe and where's not right?
Say the range is in the centre of the parcel right, to the south would be parking and to the south of that would be the range with the distance and direction of flight path face east with a town facing both north and west!edit on 18-11-2011 by TheImmaculateD1 because: (no reason given)

Not a great argument given neither rock climbing nor hiking without proper gear harms anyone but yourself if something goes wrong on PUBLIC GROUNDS
