Help needed for logging in.

Eh. Youch. I am having a tough time trying to log into the ATS Video site, to upload an avatar. When I do get to the point of login, it says:

Could not connect to database!


SQL error:
SQL error code: 0
Date: Sunday 13th 2011f November 2011 04:46:34 PM


Why is this? And, a little help, on how to fix this, if possible.

Looks like a problem on the server side of things, give it a couple of hours and try again..
2nd line . Sometimes one line is enough.

If uploading an avatar is all your attempting to do, try this...

- Open an account with an image hosting web site like Photobucket or Image Shack.

- Select an image you wish to use as an avatar (re: ATS T&C,s), from the image hosting site.

- Open up two ATS tabs, (makes stuff easier).

- In one of them, go to "Tools", then "ATS uploads"... note the avatar size requirements that are in white print.

- Then back to your image hosting site and modify as needed.

- Upload the image to your desktop and open it.

- Now return to your ATS tab where you selected "ATS uploads" and click "Select Image File".

- This should take you to your desktop images.

- Select your image and it will upload to ATS.

- Now click on the image that you've uploaded to ATS and it will give you your avatar options.
