Thats not true by any means. We were invaded by the mexican drug cartels when they came across the border to buy the AR-15, they have been murdering american citizens in Tuscon and Phoenix for 5 years at least, since Bush Jr. was last in office and the Fed's haven't done doodly squat except broker them weapons via the ATF. We've been at war with Mexico for 5+ years now and haven't fired the first shot at them while they keep pecking away at us and poisoning us with their drugs. Make no mistake, the Zetas own mexico. Presidente Morales is so scared he won't even leave his heavily gaurded mansion because he is afraid he will be the next disemboweled corpse swinging from a bridge.

The powers running the U.S. would rather wage needless wars in the middle east, sticking their noses in where it doesn't belong when they could be helping to secure the north american continent and helping Mexico free itself from the drug cartels and helping to make Mexico a free and safe nation for its citizens to live. Ofcourse Mexico is going to need a better economy because the only thing theyre exporting right now that the world wants is drugs.

Everyone who doesn't want us to drill HERE is a hypocrite, unless they have personally stopped using gasoline completely. We've got enough to make us independent, if we would just stop whining about not wanting to drill in America. We could do it more environmentally conciously than others do around the world, we wouldn't waste so much energy transporting it halfway around the world, and we wouldn't have gasoline as an excuse for micromanaging other nations' business.

i think the reason for that is we want to buy up the worlds supply and not use ours, so when the rest of the world runs out we can sell our gas to them at hyper inflated prices, like say 500 bucks a barrel. That would be enough to get us out of debt and give us a nice little nest egg while we grind the rest of the world under the heel of our boot while we develope our electric and hydroelectric formms of transporation and logistics. The U.S. becomes the #1 in the world again while the rest of the world ends up 3rd world countries. That would be the most logical reason why we don't tap into our oil. Alaska has the largest oil deposits in the world to date which is a prime reason Russia is pissing and bemoaning when they sold it to us dirt cheap and later found out all that black gold was under it.
