Another poster already asked but what time was it?

Wheeler Dealers was on late last night, could´ve been from that show.

edit, the show about kidnappings was on too, could very well be from there.

I have been banned fro that other site, but a while back they were running these ads with a pivture of a black kid with a t-shirt with the phrase "Awaiting Instructions" on it. It was one of the ad council ads I think. It seemed a little odd.

Hi ATS.

normally i'm not the kind of person to make these kind of threads.
but last night i saw something on tv that bothered me.

i've got to admit, it was AFTER a party, so i had a couple of beers... but still.

so i was watching discovery channel, we got to the commercials.
they were advertising for a new game called: Unchartered 3.
during this commercial a brief subtitle flashed up.

it said the following:
'zij zouden hun geld met jou moeten delen, vind je ook niet?' (Ï'm from the Netherlands)

wich translates into:
'they should share their money with you, don't you agree?'

anyone else saw this?
thoughts ATS?

this instantly reminded me of OWS, reason why is clear i suppose.

discuss!

If you think you are protected from this--you're mistaken. Subliminal ads proliferate everywhere. Here in the US we will see a literal onslaught as our 2012 election cycle ramps up. We have already seen the first of them. If you're really interested in the viral nature of this abuse, take a look at "Mind Programming." (/82mk9tm)

Subliminal Messaging has been rampant among mainstream media since at least 1960, probably earlier. Disney is probably the most obvious example, but I mean it is 'sub' liminal. It is below the threshold of ordinary perception. If we are to agree that if something is subliminal that it will take a concentrated effort to find it - think of how many films there are, how many commercials... how many pictures, how many audio files.... how many sensations are there in which subliminal messaging can take place... One thing many people don't think about is the sensation of smell. If ever there were a way to deliver a message it would be through this sense. The sense of smell is the only one of the five senses which bypasses the body and goes straight through to the brain... what if theres a smell that you can't tell you're smelling but you're smelling anyway, triggering a memory or brain event (serotonin, nor-epinephrine, dopamine release)...

oh well its just a thought don't think nothing of it.
