Fake "Paris" built during World War I to trick Germany

This is pretty intriguing might I say! Then yet again, how bad of a fool would you have to be if you realized you're bombing the crap out of the wrong city. I am not judging anyone by this thread but I really cannot think who would be fooled more by this plot, the French for thinking their plan would actually work or the Germans for falling into the trap.
