new weapon in war

there is a rumur that the US is useing a new tank based weapon. that scared a Iarqa soilder into give up on the spot after it killed his hole squad i less that a min. its not a fact yet just a rumur for now.

yupe its a EM weapon, it fires a directed electrical wave that basically short circuits the brain's neurons, sustained absorption can cause death due to the lack of involantary muscle movement. ie no lungs, no heart = death

I believe it has a radial type wave field and can be targeted plus or minus 2 or 3 meters in width.
