unknown light orbs sighted over Norway. This video was recorded on the 15th October 2011

Witness report:
Moving too fast to be chinese lanterns.

Well I agree on the Chinese lanterns part, they appear to be traveling quite fast and are low to the ground.

At first there is one 'orb' and then there are two, I don't really know what to think. Ball lightning could be an explanation for them, although we don't really know what ball lightning is...

Any thoughts?

It's a good video, but what i don't get is why Norwegians sound a lot like they're from Bristol in the UK?

Too fast to be a Chinese lantern.

I've seen lanterns move faster than that. It depends how windy it is.

Norway? Those are not Norwegian accents.

Not sure what the lights were. They do seem strange.

Or possibly, "Well wicked!"

Norway?

Could it be the "norway Killers" scout ship searching for his spirit that inhabits Brehvik?

He may have a lot of explaining to do to his "Star parents'?

Norweigans always fake these sort of things. I have huge experinece with norweigans and they enjoy faking things.
It's so people will gett attention on norway. THey like attention. Nothing wrong with that.

I refuse to believe that this is in norway. The architecture looks different and electrical wires are usually in the ground in towns. And no, norwegians do not like to fake things anymore than other people of the planet. Good video. Could be anything but looks very similar to landing lights on final.

There is no maximum speed for a chinese lantern. They move as fast as the wind at their height. Heck, i've seen low-level stratus clouds move faster than that :-) Also there's really no way to tell the exact height of those things. Every time the cam zooms in, the video goes off focus and blurry. So there's really no way of telling the size of these things. They could be something small quite near (lower) or something bigger further away (higher).

Ball lightning is practically always associated with thunderstorm activity. Taking a look a the sky, there's not even any noteworthy convective activity present, so no thunderstorms either.

So, anyone can take their pick on what these are, i'd prefer planes with landing/take-off lights on.

These are obvious sky lanterns, no doubt about that, just by the video itself. I am further convinced of this, due to the fact that this is most likely in the U.K. as per the accents of the subjects in the video. It's not long ago since bonfire night in the U.K., and the sale of fireworks and sky lanters is huge in this period. I visited the U.K. recently and I saw a host of different fireworks and lanterns.
