This is going to leave Israel in a very compromised position,considering Washington will not further sanctions against Iran,leaving Israel with a choice between a military strike or bowing to the Obama administration's acceptance of a "nuclear-armed Iran " and learning to live with this possibility.

This was decided shortly before the International Atomic Energy Agency was due to confirm Tuesday or Wednesday, Nov. 8-9 that Iran's clandestine military nuclear program had reached the point of no-return, and after Israel intelligence experts found that Iran could build a weapon as soon as it so decided.

You spoke what it was. The US is taking the pressure off of Iran, so that Israel (in their own twisted mind) will be forced to attack. It's like one parent who has been yelling at the child for 6 hours, stepping out of the way, so the other parent can beat the living hell out of the child.

This is not politics, or diplomacy, this is Obama giving Israel the go ahead behind the Amerikan peoples backs.

Sad that I agree with your statement. No matter what happens at this point Iran will be attacked one way or another. And if that happens, probably Russia and/or China will step in and there goes WWIII......

To be honest, I don't quite believe that China and Russia will get involved. At least not in the beginning.

Who gives a wet fart if Iran blows Israel off the map, or vise versa? Not me. It's not our problem. Why does America seem to be in bed with Israel? Tons of countries have nukes. Why not Iran? Effin war propaganda.

It's a long known fact that Amerika is in bed with Israel. It's not even a secret. They've been out of the closet lovers for a while now. If Israel gets destroyed by Iran, Amerika will burn every country on earth down and cry.

Yeah, it's more like the USA is scrogging Israel on the kitchen table when you get home from school and walk through the door.

If Israel/Iran go to war the US/UK/Canada and allies will most definitely get drug in as well. The same can be said for Iran's allies, China, Russia, Syria..

Well, one thing is for sure, with the gaffe with the mics and then this little tid bit the chances of an attack are increasing. Isreal is going to feel backed into a corner, feeling that no one cares enough, so they will feel they need to hit. They view Iran with nukes as an existential threat. It doesn't matter what those here on ATS think....this is the reality of the situation and I personally think if you don't see some support for sanctions or otherwise cracking down on Iran, isreal will attack by the end of the month. The weather gets to freaky during the Dec to March range, and that's almost 6 months more for Iran to develop a bomb.

Your right, this is not your countries problem. This is the worlds problem. Since nukes have no benefit to anything on this planet, why don't we all just start disarming? Whats good for one is certainly good for everyone else as well.
