Concern raised over China's movement of four new nuclear ballistic missles

This sounds Pretty scary to me. At the bottom of the article it states that they could be being postured to strike the US.

This isnt like the chineese to ready for war like this. They do only attack when they are attacked though I think? I hope they are not planning a pre-emptive strike of any kind!

Interesting, China could really do with not alienating Russia as they are one of their closest allies.

Seems to me they're getting ready in case things get out of control in the middle east. Modernizing their border defenses with Russia and India makes sense, but why target Guam? Also I don't think they'll attack first, but you never know.

I don't know if they did a pre launch, but the way i see it is the allies are all lock and loaded just in case the SHTF.
