A sad video from the Occupy Atlanta protest

This is a video interview of a woman at the Occupy Atlanta protest. The interviewer asks why she is there, and her answer is just appalling. They really love to give the idiots the lime light. Why do uneducated people love to TRY and sound educated infront of a camera. Now before the race card gets thrown out there this could have been a black, white, latino or asian occupy member for all I care. This is what the public sees as what the "normal" occupy protester.

I understand that alot of people are there just because they are fed up with the system but she shouldnt be there if she doesnt even know why shes there. If she wants to protest somthing, she should be protesting the education system.

-We're protesting against equality and change.
-We dont like the way the government is allowing us to utilize our various degrees of schoolin
-We dont wana be haftin to be uproared
-You know... (she says it waaaaaay to many times)
-How can I concentrate on gettin a job with homeland secruity everywhere
-The government is fearing us into thinkin our homeland secruity isnt gonna be secrure and our serinity.

The problem is that this sells.

They will do 1000 interviews and only show you the idiot.

He openly admits to how many they have to interview to get the best comical results...off hand I think it was around 60 or 70 to 1 ratios.

why oh why must i shoot the village idiot? it's because of things like this. she looks like she's moving into her fifties and she's talking about being there with the university students. like you said 1 in 70 is an idiot. lets show that interview. sickening.

SOme decided to bash me when I first spoke on this concerning the St Louis protest. I saw with my own eyes the media manipulate who was speaking. Now with the larger interest they dont have to control that and can find the uneducated and the idiots to speak in front of the camera pretty easily.

No one saw the guy who the news woman decided to interview before she pulled out the camera.. then he spoke and others walked over and seemed to know the man or bewith hiim when viewed, but in reality they were just walking over to be on tv with the signs. They did not know the man or what he was about. It was an interesting way to set it up and it looked completely like the guy was speaking for the group when viewed on the news. I wish OWS pro's and cons would realize this happens. To deny it happens and that there are groups of dangerous idiots within the OWS protests and some running certain protests is just as foolish as maintaining that all OWSers are idiots.
Some here need to view this with clean eyes. Maybe get off the computer and go see for yourself and try to inform or share info with the misguided rather than rely on biased and manipulated media representation in the news.

We went in the initial stages here and handed out fliers with info on the Fed and how the whole thing works.. and why protesting the wrong people would get them and us nowhere. We added links and references. If you want to see less idiots, then get off your ass and do a little work in educating them yourselves. Give them the weaponry to accomplish something.. that weaponry is knowledge. Many are mad and desperate.. and misguided. Dont let the jerks involved with OWS manipulate your fellow americans... your brothers and sisters.. when you have the tools to give them the information and allow them to decide for themselves. There are some damned good people out there in the cold today.. dont be part of the problem just so you can gripe. Go do your work as a fellow citizen who cares for your countrymen. Tell them what educational institutions deny and refuse to teach.. tell them the truth.
