wo oh wow, i cant believe that this is actually being discussed..

back then when I was young, I used to lucid dream as well.. almost every night, like a regular lucid dreamer.. but then i thought it is just me so i never really talk to my parents or anyone else about it.
Its an amazing experience to lucid dream.. but growing up makes me lose this abilities (i guess lack of sleeps and lifestyle changes)..

but bumping to this thread makes me remember i used to lucid dream.. And i tend to get back to it again! is changing back my lifestyle and getting more sleep helps??

I find it helps to fall asleep for a couple hours, wake up to an alarm, stay awake for bout 10 min, and go back to sleep. if all else fails try eating some shroomies and ritalin lol
