actually it is mans ability to understand that is the bottle neck. If you "know" the true laws of nature are constant and not changing, then you must be a level 10 in the 10th. I really dislike when people claim to know something they have no clue about. As far as you ACTUALLY know the laws could be changing. So question, how is it that you know that mankinds understanding is not the only bottleneck. Oh and it's very rude to correct somebody when you really have no clue.
