Is it a sign of things to come or isolated?

Well sadly Moscow got hit by a suicide bomber, all are in my prayers, but what are the ramifications of these actions? Will this be an isolated event as I hope or will it continue as the Islamist group vowed. To think we are so tied up in the saying and follies of the conventions and things like this are happening. Anyone with some insight would be appreciated. So lets all at least take the time to post our support of the families and express our condolences it�s the least we can do.
