Cain's 9'9'9 plan

Now what is the chance of this passing? Something tells me it will not be a 9'9'9 plan but a 14'14'14 plan, or better just the general income tax code.

Worries me when we are having all this apocalyptic talk about the 'mark of the beast' and then Herman Cain comes out with a 999 plan, which naturally is 666 upside down, being the mark of the beast.

I'm not American, and not following the politics too closely but my support is with Ron Paul.
