You want to abolish greed? Get honest politicians in place.

This is impossible, power corrupts.

The futility of the system?
What do you thing this protest is going to do?
You say we can't get honest politicians, yet you cry for honest CEO's.

I dont cry for honest CEO ? For me entire concept of businesses is obsolete in current paradigm.

It is time for society to start making decision based on knowledge and experience not money.
Knowledge and experience is something verifiable and repeatable, if it is found to be wrong it can change.
There is really no room for power in this concept.

Ahhhh, I see.
You don't want to end corruption.

You want to end capitalism.

Got it.

You are entering into vicious circle concept of who is going to watch the watchers.

Change the laws, change the lawmakers and you'll see change.

I agree.

Get the money out, change the laws that allow the bankers and lobbyists to dictate lawmaking in this country, and make the punishment for political corruption swift and indiscriminate DEATH, and you will see change.

If you sell out your country on the behalf of corporate political donors, you should be treated like Gaddafi, dragged through the street like an animal, quivering and bleeding until a solid patriot puts one right through your brain stem.

A little harsh, but it'd stop corruption in a hurry.

It is obvious that if you fight cancer you want to get rid of it ( eliminating monetary paradigm ) instead of getting radiation and chemo ( fighting corruption )

So you consider capitalism a cancer?

There are plenty of socialist/communist countries out there.

And they are good, how?

As far i can see they are all run on monetary paradigm with artificial power structure, i see no difference between socialist/communist country .

You train of though is that if we have two apples one is totally molded and the other is the little less we should stick to the second ignoring the fact that there are fresh apples on the tree.

I like the capitalistic system.
It works for me.
I succeed in it.

If you want another type of system, er. . . good luck with that.

I like your honesty. But you ignoring few very impotent aspect and effects of it.
To be precise you are a minority and the other fact is that capitalism is unsustainable in long term.

You understand that when # if going to hit the fan and people will mass starve you wealth will be the first victim of crowd ?

I have been saying for a while .......

Things have gone too far and gotten too bad.

It is no use trying to protest and change and save "the system". The corruption runs too deep.

Voting is useless. The ones who get high enough and promoted enough to actually vote for have already sold out to get that far.

Ever notice that certain things never change no matter what was said during the campaign?

Obama was going to end all the wars and bring troops home. He sent MORE troops over.

Obama was going to change NAFTA to bring jobs back to the U.S. He has done nothing. Bush senior started NAFTA, Clinton signed it into law. Bush junior did nothing about it either.

Bailouts under both Bush and Obama. Open borders under both Bush and Obama.

It doesn't matter. They don't listen to us. They only listen to the money.

The country is now at the point of being like an old rotting house, leaning to one side, ready to collapse. The powers that be do not want to lose their gravy train so they keep propping it up with 2 x 4's.

What needs to happen is to let it collapse and then rebuild.

We do not have capitalism.

We have "selective" capitalism, where when things are going good the wealthy get to keep their money and profits, and when things are going bad because of corruption, greed, and irresponsibility, the wealthy get bailed out by the rest of us.

I am all for capitalism, but we don't have that in this country.

The first victim will be the one trying to get at my food stores.
Money provided me with many bullets.

The problem I have with your opinion is that the current system we live under is NOT capitalism.

If you support it in theory fine, but be honest about what is going on. In real capitalism, no one receives bailouts, no one can spend money to change the laws as they see fit.

This is goddamn corporate fascism, not capitalism beez

Currently, no-one is breaking any laws.

Last time I checked, laws were written by the legislature. Want change?

Change the laws, change the lawmakers!

Agreed. True capitalism has been warped by greed, corruption.
But like I just stated, to get real change, we need to change the lawmakers.

Like I said, the ones we get to vote for have already sold out to get that far. They are bought and paid for.

They already have their masters, and it is NOT the public.

As far as laws being broken, they HAVE been broken and nothing is done about it.

When I see people like Blankfein from Goldman Sachs behind bars and married to "Bubba", then I will believe that the laws are actually enforced and that justice is truly blind and enforced equally.

They will be judged by their peers in a trial, obviously. I'm not calling for lynchings. A just trial to prove their corruption, and a prompt execution soon after.

If you are caught being bribed or accepting money on behalf of a private party to pass laws that # the American people, that should be considered treason and you know what the punishment for treason is.

It may seem harsh to some, but enough is enough. These politicians and bankers could care less when they screw with people's lives, so their lives should be forfeited once they cross that line.
