Ghadafi Captured in Sirte

SIRTE, Libya -- Libyan fighters drove the last holdouts of Moammar Gadhafi out of his hometown of Sirte in a few hours of fierce gunbattles Thursday, then declared victory over the last major resistance two months after the fall of Tripoli.

This hasn't been 100% confirmed. Maybe in a few hours we will know more. State TV is reporting that Ghadafi was actually dead on arrival after being moved to Misratah. Some say he has been wounded in both legs. Just not enough confirmations yet.

If this is true the 42 year rule of a tyrant is finally up.
