I had an dream about a cat chasing a mouse. even more strange, the entire dream was in manga comic style
I woke up uneasy of what had been a dream and what was real.
I checked several sources, and a friend told me to look up here ?

It probably doesn't mean anything more than you've got manga on the mind, and you have an active imagination.

I dreamt of John Dorian last night. And that means nothing more than I've watched too much Scrubs lately.

On a serious note, appartently dreams of animals reflect not a lot more than your feelings toward them. Do you have a cat? Are you afraid of mice?

"Dreams of household pets often centre on our own characteristics. Freud suggested that dreams of wild animals represented our most sensual passions, and sometimes the 'evil instincts' that lie deep in our unconcious."

I love cats but never dream of them.
Perhaps someone will be along to
tell you what chasing, mouse and cat
mean in a dream.

Well that's mildly interesting. Usually it's more about what happens in a dream than what a dream looks like. Personally I've barely watched anything in HD. Maybe the ultra clarity opens up new avenues in peoples minds, allows for dreams to be more graphic. Afterall, going back to my John Dorian thing - I only dreamt that because I've seen it on a TV. It would be kind of interesting to study how HD affects dreams.

Another view on "cat and mouse" from a website:

You are possibly in a situation that leaves you open to lose some of your independence. You may feel as if you are playing a "cat and mouse" game with one hand tied.

Me again.
Even this is ironic. I just got done commenting on Facebook how we've had two preachers here for revival in the past year - Jerry Timbrook and Tom Weaver. So, we've entrusted the revival of our congregations to Tom and Jerry.

...interesting.

Anyway, as for your dream, I have no idea. The Tom and Jerry part just caught my attention, in the same way your cats and physics reference did in your introduction post. And today's been weird enough that I've had to comment on both.

Isn't it obvious then? You're obsessed with cats

You have the internet, which has TV shows all over it. You also know what HD is and looks like if you can say your dream "looked like HD".

Not sure what's left to say. You're bang on ketamine? You're the prodigal son/daughter?

It's just a dream dude

Nope...our Tom and Jerry are quite similar. They'd probably get along quite well.

Άρνηση άγνοια is Greek for "Deny ignorance."

Mouse

To see a mouse in your dream, indicates fear, meekness, insignificance and a lack of assertiveness. You are experiencing feelings of inadequacy and fears that you are not measuring up. The dream may be telling you that you are spending too much time hiding in the shadows of someone else. Alternatively, a mouse symbolizes minor irritations and annoyances. Perhaps you are letting petty problems or insignificant issues eat away at you. The dream may also be a pun on a computer mouse and your connection to work or to the virtual world.

To dream that you kill or trap a mouse, suggests that others are making a big deal out of certain minor issues in your life.

To dream that you or someone is eating a mouse, indicates that there is something nagging at your conscience and you need to get it off your chest.

To dream that a mouse is being chased, indicates that you are not standing up for yourself. You are letting others push you around.

Just don't go chasing toads in your dreams.
