Penguins are mastermind criminals, never mind all this Hollywood crap and Morgan Freeman making them out to be some kind of high morals perfect family, when clearly they have their share of ne'er-do-wells too. More Penguins need to be exposed like this in the interests of justice. And the sooner the better.

At least the owner of the nest didn't shoot his neighbor claiming self defense.
Maybe the penguin has mental disabilities and doesn't understand the concept of boundaries.
