It is not your place to decide what I choose to or choose not to post on. If you do not like what I have to say then don't read it, it is all probably too advanced for you to understand anyway. I am sorry I don't subscribe to your Ron Paul is Superman, Jesus or whatever else candidate theory. But such is the nature of the real world I don't have to.

By the way Ron Paul called he is asking you to return to your position warming his backside with those tender kisses.

I thought calling someone on here a kiss a$$ was against what we as members want.
Remember all of ATS is watching.

So what about him don't you like..Not to be rude or anything but you sound like a "just cause" hater. If you hate him just cause you want to hate him that is fine with me I was just curious on what specifically about him you dont like

Doesn't change the fact he is slacking off on the job he was elected to and paid to do. Paid his dues? It is simple wanna run for the big chair, then give up the little chair until then your just another hypocrite.

LOL are you seriously trying to make the argument that Ron Paul isn't doing his job as a congressman?!?
Ron Paul is one of the ONLY congressmen to ever do his job correctly in congress, and he's been doing it for 30 years without changing his stances like your typical BS politicians who would rather just sit there and play solitaire. Seriously, get your facts straight!!

I don't think anyone really cares that you may dislike the man, because that's your choice, but daaaaaamn get a better argument than THAT!! At least talk about what policies of his you don't like etc..

So 221k jobs added to unemployment roles?
Just like that?
Without a plan to offset it?

Repeal legislation to reign in the banks?
So they can screw us over again?

Foreign aid?
We will lose influence in areas of the world.
But I can live with that

I'm all for cutting foreign aid. We're trillions in debt and we're giving aid to other countries? They can go screw themselves for all I care. We never get any freakin appreciation from it anyway. Everyone is going to hate us no matter what we do, so let's just use our money to help ourselves for once, god knows nobody else will. When was the last time WE got any foreign aid? I didn't see anyone coming in and helping on 9/11 or when Katrina hit.

So screw the world. Let's see how you fair without us.

Although btw, leaving Iraq and Afghanistan now is just asking for another 9/11 down the road, even IF you think it was an inside job. God knows we pissed a lot of people off over there, and leaving now to let them regroup and plan another attack isn't exactly smart. We should pull most of them out, but maintain at least a small presence to keep them on their toes.

Not a good idea, IMHO. Politicians need to have high salaries to make them more resistant to corruption. The money is negligible when compared to total, anyway. A better idea is to make the pay some multiplication of median income.

OMG, 9/11 wasn't about that. It was about how many countries the US have occupied OVERSEAS.

Even then we know 9/11 wasn't really about that.

It was about lining pockets, electronic fraud, gold heist, insurance fraud, public persuasion, restriction of freedoms, create a war vehicle, control of one of the worlds largest opium producers and in turn control of the World drug trade.....and the list goes on.

Katrina shouldn't have required anyone else's help. It was the inaction of a certain President to a predominantly African -american area of the US that seemed to give the impression that the US required 'help'. Even then I am sure help was still given. Red Cross and whatnot.

Pretty much. The fact is if your campaigning you are not putting your full attention on the job period.

Well of course, and if you don't campaign you don't have any chance at your bid for presidency .. you sorta HAVE to do that.. I don't consider that slacking off, I consider it doing what has to be done.. The point remains that he's doing both the campaigning and his duties in Congress, both are impacted.. he's not campaigning at full throttle because he's serving in congress .. I can't fault the man for this.. not sure how anyone would have the nerve to call it "slacking off" .. that's just nonsense.

Ok John Lear.

And before you flame me about opening my eyes, it's a joke, and I'm split 50/50 on the issue.

Split 50/50. OK.

You're an optimist. All those 'benefits' of 9/11 were the silver lining of that cloud?

Regardless it has been openly admitted that 9/11 happened because of US poking its nose into other people business overseas.

If they withdraw all their troops I would think that it may have a positive effect. Not the negative one you were suggesting.
