Another group shows solidarity. If more and more, such as real Libertarians, and other factions see that they have more in common with the 99% than petty differences should overcome, this movement can really take hold. And it's about time.

Particularly interesting is where they say, "The media isn't listening to the stories of the 99 percent, but we can make them listen by joining our voices together and speaking the truth. If enough of us speak often enough and loudly enough, they'll have to listen."

Progressive Groups Launch Occupy the Board Room

Here's the URL to the site Occupy the Boardroom by sharing your 99%er story with the Executives at Chase and other big banks.

This is a way for those who can't get out to protest to virtually join the movement and be heard.

Yay! The very people responsible for the nanny state, progressive taxation(you didn't think that was called that for no reason did you?), the Federal Reserve and Obama care wants us to stand in "solidarity" with their BS movement?

Sure...

Really, do you honestly think anyone will actually read these? The thread title made think the Aquarian cells had been activated. I think the Aquarians were either assimilated, destroyed, failed, or fired. Our only hope is to leave this system and start anew. No one cares but us.

"Progressive" and "Libertarian" have absolutely nothing in common.

And these groups do NOT represent the 99%.

The protesters seem to be about socialism and regulation. If TBTB weren't so evil, again, I'd be all for that too. However, our only chance is to get as self sufficient as we can, and then reclaim the eventually abandoned manufacturing plants for the people. We will take our green skills and knowledge we learned while becoming self sufficient, and produce goods in a clean and efficient way. We will continue the care we developed for each other while being self sufficient in close knit networks, and make sure everyone is provided for.

Bigger government and more regulation is exactly what we do not need.
That's what got us into this mess, in the first place.

The size of the government doesn't mean much, as we are supposed to be the government. It's about who is running the government, and we are not.

I don't see how regulation has caused anything. There seems to be a severe lack of it. There are a lot of primates who naturally put self survival and comfort above all else. Animals generally try not to die, and to better their living conditions. The results of primates who cannot see past their own proboscis should indicate that we need regulation and equal distribution.

Hmmm...each "side" calls the other the nanny state, so I'm a bit confused about your point here..And if your "point" is that there are sides and differences, then maybe you missed the point in the OP, and that is that this is the time to put aside petty differences in solidarity and finally unite to make a difference and open some real dialogs

But laugh away..

That's the POINT.

Groan.

These groups certainly do represents portions of the 99%.

ETA: Also, a quote from another thread that I agree with 1000%...

The real Libertarian Constitutionalists such as myself, would not ever waste their energy on trying to stop protests against this 100% corrupted totalitarian authoritarian government. We would join the protest and try to educate the protesters about the truth of what is going on.
