First question, did you ever had a lucid dream?
If you did, you wouldn't ask/think this way, because you would have experienced it yourself. Normal dream vs. lucid one is so different you just know
the difference.
I have been lucid dreaming ever since i was a child. Up until my 20's i thought everybody has them, you know, one day you can't remember, the next
day you have a nightmare and the next you're lucid. It seemed to me that lucid ones are just part of the dream cycle until i talked to my mother
about one of mine and she said she never had one. Then i talked to everybody else, asking them about it and found out not everybody has lucid dreams.
That's really a shame, lucid is like magic, i would like everybody to feel it even once.
Anyway, then came the interwebz and i found out about everything else, like dream mapping, astral projection and stuff
