Are DWI and DUI's even a crime?

FINALLY, others who get it.

Capital punishment if you kill someone while driving drunk. Total loss of freedom and lifetime imprisonment for you if you drive drunk and cross the center line or ride on or beyond the fog line. THAT would easily put a stop to it. The prisons may fill up quick, but if it were advertised in the media, the severity of it, why would you risk it?

Outlaw alcohol altogether. Or maybe outlaw cars altogether?
