The Dalai Lama has slammed censorship in China calling it Immoral, following accusations the Chinese government has blocked him from travelling to
South Africa to celebrate the 80th birthday of Desmond Tutu, The 1984 Nobel peace prize winner.
Tutu received the prize for his non violent protest against aphateid rule in South Africa. If you would like to learn more about this rule or rulers,

The Dalai Lama did not make the birthday and a day after had to speak with Tutu via video link. The absence of the Tibetan spiritual leader was marked
by an empty seat where he would of been sitting and also with this, he was to deliver an inaugual peace speech.
When asked why the Chinese feared him, He said that the chinese described him as a demon, and naturally people are scared of demons. He further stated
that "hypocrisy and telling lies had unfortunately become part of life in "the communist totalitarian system" and people who spoke truthfully and
honestly sparked discomfort."
The Tibetan Leader has lived in India since 1959 after fleeing an uprise against chinese rule, and has also urged the Chinese to raise its jurical
system to international standards. The Chinese have always tried to curb the Dalai Lamas overseas travels, also threatening host governments that any
visit would harm ties.

The South African foreign ministry has stated that the visa process was disrupted by timing and also completeness of the application, but officials
from boths offices have denied that the application was late or complete. With this Tutu has accused the South African government of failing to side
with the tibetan people who have and are being oppressed by the Chinese rule.
The Dalai Lama received a nobel peace prize in 1989 for is efforts in trying to "preserve the historical and cultural heritage of his people.''
