I HATE SPAM!

It got to the point that I was getting over 100 spams
daily with my Yahoo addy. I reported every spam to
Yahoo but never got feedback anymore--wonder if they
do anything with it when you get to the point that you're
sending them 100 spam reports daily.

Have you noticed how spams sometimes include
an "Opt Out" option? I tried opting out and all it
did was bring me more spam, and replies saying
"returned mail", etc.

I then switched to a new email provider and like an idiot
requested a few free items of literature on the internet,
and guess what? Now I'm getting spammed again! Arrrrrgh!

Why don't they put some teeth into the new spam laws?

Always have a throw away email address for webforms. Whenever you sign up for something online use that email. And have a regular one for friends and stuff.

Haha. I only get about 100 emails a day of spam bullshat but luckly all the crap goes to my Junk Folder so I just click the friendly button: Empty Folder.

I've gotten almost zero spam for the last year. I believe in fact I only got less than 12 to 20 emails in the last year since I changed my email address. I haven't requested any free stuff and make sure I am not on mailing lists when I sign up for things (which I haven't done very much of). I also use a rather long email address with a number thrown into it. I heard spammers don't like to bother typing in long email addresses but I'm not sure if it's true or not. However I get virtually no spam.

lol... I had spam problem with the first email account I ever openned, back in the 90s. I stopped using it since a while now. Now I just do what DLM and lots of other people do, and I don't have any spam except in my spam account lol.

Use your emails addy intelligently and live spam-free!
