If OWS can maintain a presence for a long period of time especially in DC than I see government reform taking place.
The only problem is whenever the Gov't reforms something, it is rarely well thought out.
They don't remove/repeal outdated laws, but rather just overwrite them. And the reform usually comes in a package so big that you have to be a lawyer
to understand it all. And if the reform involves finances, there are always the unforeseen cost over runs. Instead of streamlining, it becomes more
convoluted.
I don’t see a overthrow of the Government.
If by “overturn” of the Government, you mean through elections, I can see that definitely happening.
Nope, I don’t see them as hippies either, though there are some in the crowd, but rather as a group of angry, confused people who are wondering
where their future lies in this current economy.
Didn't really answer your question, did I?
I think I'd make a great politician.
