When was the 150 post rule for chat put in?

I'm a bit confused here. I was on the chat last night but now I can't get in because it says I need a 150 posts.
Was that put in after I left last night?

That's kinda low it used to be 200 at one time

I tried today and it was 100? Is this a lottery system?!

Also, I don't know if this has been proposed, but what about a help chat?

maybe the system could be setup with waivers for those that gain mod approval to be in chat before 150 posts... or should everyone just spam to get the numbers and turn the place into one of quantity not quality?

meh nvm, add 1 to my totals, maybe I will patient it out... or maybe not

I really believe that wether someone has 3 posts or 300, if they are going to be disruptive, it won't matter how many posts they make in order to enter chat.

This is why you need to have some type of a chat admin on hand if not a admin a chat bot in its place it can be done.
