Why You All Seem To Bash USA's Power!?

Actually, its not that we've been abusing this power, so much as actually USING our power instead of a 30 year policy of appeasment, hollow paper sanctions, and keeping our head in the sand where we think its safe....
then came 9-11...did you wake up then or have you already forgotten?

As far as bombing "innocent"civilians....
waging war is a messy and impercise exercise even with gps guided bombs. But the point i think that is trying to be made is, if you wage war...WAGE WAR! stop holding back, it risks your forces safety, prolongs the conflict, and is not what the millitary is designed to do...they are designed to kick total butt.
Politics interfering with millitary operations is a hazzard, but a nessisary one. Yes, some restraint shown by a waring nation is always good as a show of "civilized" conflict, and is nessisary in some cases....but the goal of waging war is to break your enemy's abillity to fight and his SPIRIT to resist. Pulling your punches to get to this goal is not good millitary practice, nor is it wise. So yes, waging a "total war" against your enemy, and his population is a useful tactic. How do-able is this from a political standpoint is avalid question, but asking it means you are not serious about the defete of your opposition.
