Yea, it's frustrating. I'm a socialist. I feel the only way to start the change is to drop out. Years down the road after the elites have lost their slaves to self sufficiency, our little communes will have grown into being the government. I don't feel like those protesters represent me. I feel like they think legislation will fix our flawed system. If they had any idea what that legislation would be, it would not be passed. The banksters and the government are the same entity. I can imagine some sort of symbolic legislation just to get them out of sight and back to slavery.

If you still protest after being told to stop, then yes, it is. Lucky for us, those we owe the freedoms we have today weren't as obedient as certain people would have liked and didn't stop...

The Washington, D.C.-based Partnership for Civil Justice Fund has just announced it filed a lawsuit this afternoon in the Southern District of New York on behalf of the protesters who were arrested on Saturday, Oct. 1 in a march over the Brooklyn Bridge. The lawsuit names Mayor Mike Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and 40 unnamed police officers and law enforcement officials as defendants, charging them with ”mass violations of constitutional rights in the trap and detain mass arrest of demonstrators.”
